CEO 000 000 uses on demand production. Meaning CEO 000 000 products are not mass produced. Instead a product is produced the moment you place an order. This is why it takes a little longer for you to receive our products. These are custom made CEO 000 000 products made just for you!
That being said, I do not own a warehouse or any equipment to produce CEO products. As I grow this business we will start producing in house. However at the moment I have partnered with several suppliers & producers to provide me with On Demand product production, including the handling of shipping. When you place an order, I request our supplier to produce this custom product and have them ship it to you directly. During checkout on our website, I pull in live shipping rates from carriers in real-time and forward those costs over to you. These rates are determined by the order shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
My goal is to generate enough profits to slowly start producing products in house in order to reduce overall product costs and offer you better prices. However at the moment this is my only option of running this CEO business. We currently ship within the USA only. Please be patient as I expand this business and start adding more countries to the list.

* Shipping Rates: are calculated in real-time during checkout. (Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order, as well as ship to location. See the final shipping costs during checkout.)
* Delivery Time: takes between 3–14 business days depending on the item and number of items you are ordering. Please be patient as these are custom made products and are produced on demand. (These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.)
* Packaging: Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order from different suppliers, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
This section is for customers that live outside the United States and are receiving their package outside of the USA.
Who pays the import customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for any & all custom fees.
We currently only accept Credit Cards or PayPal as payment options.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).
Exchanges: Since our products are custom made and are produced on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order a wrong product (item or wrong product size).
Product Warranty: Only claims for misprint/damaged/defective items are covered and accepted under our sole discretion.
Returns: Please contact us before returning any products.
All Returns & Refunds are at our sole discretion.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a claim by emailing us the following information:
1. Your Order Number
2. Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible
(It is always best to include photos with your initial claim report to avoid delays.)
